We are located in the old Little’s Jewelry building in historic downtown Mt. Sterling, KY. The Little’s operated a jewlery store from the 1960′s until the early 1990′s. The building sat vacant for nearly 17 years until in August 2010 when it was purchased with the hopes of restoring the building. A major renovation was in order after years of disuse. Hours of labor, sweat, and love were poured into the renovation of our building. Every effort was made to maintain the building’s historical past and preserve a piece of Mt. Sterling. The building is registered with the National Historic Preservation Society. We started the bakery by opening up on Thursdays.  We worked full time jobs but wanted to share our love of pastries and desserts with our community.  We opened September of 2012.  We sold out of everything in two hours.  We worked every Wednesday night and Thursday until July of 2014 when we were able to hire Chef Stephen Powell to help us make it a full time bakery and cafe.  He has helped us incorporate lunch and more savory items in our menu.   In  September of 2014, we were able to purchase the sister building and incorporate it into our bakery.  We use the new side for additional seating.
